What is Indolplex®
In supplemental form DIM can be difficult to absorb. Indolplex® was therefore developed to enhance absorption. This microencapsulated delivery system provides higher bioavailability to ensure optimum absorption of DIM. In addition, studies show Indolplex® is more stable than indole-3-carbinol (I3C), the precursor to DIM, and is often the preferred form used in complementary medicines.
